Founded in 2019 by Michael Young and Matthew Barnes, our brand is built on a passion for providing quality, natural, and sustainable beef. With over three decades of collective experience in the cattle industry, Michael and Matthew bring unparalleled expertise and dedication to every aspect of the business. As hands-on owners, Michael and Matthew oversee every step of the process to ensure that our customers receive the best products possible.

Our cattle are born and raised in the lush pastures of East Texas, in Angelina and Cherokee counties, just miles from our very first storefront. From their beginnings on our family-operated ranches, the cattle are later shipped to West Texas, where they are finished on natural, vegetarian grain at a feed lot before harvesting. This careful process ensures that our beef is flavorful, tender, and responsibly sourced.

Family lies at the heart of everything we do. Many of our family members play a vital role in the business, whether working in the store or behind the scenes.
